Take a ZERO-G flight and experience the sensation of weightlessness at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport! Perform all kinds of high-flying maneuvers as the pilot repeats the parabolic move 15 times.
While we’re certainly moving closer and closer to private space travel, it may be some time before people like us can book a ticket to the stars. But that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy the sensation of what it’s like to travel in ZERO-G’s today—with a reduced gravity aircraft, you’ll experience weightlessness without having to leave the stratosphere!
This is the only commercial reduced-gravity flight in the world. Elon Musk has flown it, Stephen Hawking has flown it, even Buzz Aldrin has taken part in this out-of-this-world adventure. Now’s your chance to join the ranks of these scientific greats and experience what life is like beyond the blue sphere. Perform weightless summersaults, see how strangely water behaves without the pull of gravity, and play human bumper cars with other ecstatic passengers.
Here’s how it works: the aircraft—a modified 727—travels 24,000 feet above ground then performs a series of parabolic maneuvers at 45-degree angles. It rapidly ascends 10,000 feet then drops back down. The maneuver (which amazingly covers 10 miles!) creates 20- to 30-second bursts of total weightlessness. It is repeated 15 times, giving you approximately 8 minutes of the ZERO-G sensation. The pilot also performs smaller parabolas that let you experience what it’s like to strut around on the surfaces of the moon and Mars!
Take a ZERO-G flight and experience weightlessness!
Start with a pre-flight orientation that breaks down the science of the adventure.
Get suited in your special ZERO-G jumpsuit and receive ground transportation to the aircraft.
Take a 30-minute flight that reaches approximately 24,000 feet.
Time to fly—remove your seatbelt, enter the ZERO-G zone and get ready for the first parabola.
As the plane quickly ascends 10,000 feet, feel the pull of 1.8 Gs.
Upon descent, you’re floating! Be amazed at your first 20-30 seconds of total weightlessness!
Perform all kinds of high-flying maneuvers as the pilot repeats the parabolic move 15 times.
Experience a total 8 minutes of zero gravity!
Celebrate the adventure with a post-flight party.
Receive photos to remember the once-in-a-lifetime flight forever!
Adventurers around the world journey here to live out the space-flight fantasies of their childhood. We can’t overstress how rare of an opportunity this is and how lucky you are that you needn’t travel far to experience it.
Fitness and Experience
All passengers will be asked to sign a Medical History Form that includes a series of questions pertaining to certain medical conditions
Flyers must be at least 8 years old
A parent or legal guardian must be on board G-FORCE ONE for each participant under the age of 10
Flyers ages 10-13 may be accompanied by one parent or legal guardian
What to Bring/Wear
If you do have any of the indicated conditions in the Medical History Form, you must confer with your personal physician and obtain his/her sign-off
You must check-in with a government issued picture identification
All flyers and coaches will proceed through security screening just like you would at an airport (please note that carry-on items are limited and must fit in your pocket)
What is Supplied
A brief on-board safety demonstration will be given by the Flight Attendants before takeoff
Depending on the approved airspace, it will take about 30 minutes to reach appropriate altitude
15 parabolas are flown for an approximate weightless time of eight minutes
Flyers will enjoy the Regravitation Celebration where the pre-flight photos taken in front of G-FORCE ONE and certificates are handed out and refreshments are provided
The aircraft is segmented into three Floating Zones; gold, silver and blue. Each Floating Zone contains 12 participants and delivers equal floating time and space.
