How does payment work?

Travelers pay through our secure checkout (Stripe). We collect payment at booking, deduct our commission (0% during the founding period, 18% after), and transfer the rest to your bank account. Payouts are processed after the tour is completed to protect both you and the traveler.

What commission do you charge?

18% per booking after the founding period ends. During your first 3 months as a Founding Partner, you pay 0%. There are no monthly fees, listing fees, or hidden charges. You only pay when you earn.

Can I keep my tours on other platforms?

Absolutely. There’s no exclusivity requirement. List your tours on Viator, GetYourGuide, your own website, and TourZoom simultaneously. We believe you should sell wherever your customers are.

How do I manage bookings?

You’ll get a vendor dashboard where you can view bookings, manage availability, update tours, and communicate with travelers. You’ll also receive instant notifications via email and WhatsApp for new bookings.

What if I need help creating listings?

We’ll do it for you. Send us your tour details, photos, and pricing, and our team will create a polished listing on your behalf. This is especially available for operators who join during our launch period.

How do customers find my tours?

We invest in SEO, content marketing, and social media to drive qualified traffic to the platform. Your tours will appear in search results, destination pages, and category pages. We’re also building partnerships with travel content creators and tourism boards.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No long-term contracts. You can remove your tours and close your account at any time. We earn your business by delivering bookings, not by locking you in.

What destinations do you cover?

We’re launching with 13 countries: UAE, Egypt, Turkey, Kenya, Tanzania, Namibia, Botswana, Rwanda, Japan, Malaysia, Iceland, Georgia, and Albania. We’ll expand based on demand and operator interest. If your country isn’t listed, reach out anyway — we’d love to hear from you.
